We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

• Items must be in the same condition as received – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Return:
To start a return, contact us at sale@happyshopbuy.com. 

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at sale@happyshopbuy.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
