Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days once payment has been confirmed.
Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Shipping Availability
At this time, we provide shipping only within New Zealand. International shipping is not available yet, but we’re working on it for the future. Keep an eye out for updates!

Although we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please be aware that delivery times may be impacted by:

- National or public holidays

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will help you file a claim with the courier and work to find a solution quickly.
